How We Use Infrastructure Data
We use uploaded inspection data strictly to deliver our core services:
- Processing 3D photogrammetry and digital twin models.
- Classifying telecommunications hardware and detecting structural defect anomalies using computer vision.
- Generating automated lease reconciliation and equipment compliance dossiers.
- Ensuring platform reliability, customer support, and system security.
Strict Data Isolation & Zero Monetization
We never monetize or sell your data. Telecom tower locations, tenant configurations, and contract terms are sensitive commercial trade secrets.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your drone photos, site coordinates, or lease contract terms to any third-party advertisers, market brokers, or competing telecommunication operators. Each client dataset is logically isolated with strict tenant access controls.
Data Security Standards

- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and TowerTwin is protected via TLS 1.3 / HTTPS.
- Encryption at Rest: Uploaded inspection photos, intermediate cache files, and completed 3D digital twin assets are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
- Access Control: Production databases and cloud infrastructure are protected via strict role-based access control (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication.
Data Retention & Deletion Rights
You retain full ownership of your data. You may request the export or permanent deletion of your raw drone photos, generated 3D meshes, or account details at any time by contacting our Data Protection Team at info@towertwin.org.
