Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TowerTwin platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), available at towertwin.org, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Description of Service
TowerTwin provides an enterprise software platform that processes aerial drone imagery and telemetry to reconstruct 3D digital twins, automatically inventory telecommunications hardware (including macro panel antennas, microwave backhaul links, and mounts), detect structural defect anomalies, and cross-reference physical installations against customer lease contracts (MLAs).
Customer Drone Data & Airspace Compliance
You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary airspace permits, regulatory authorizations, flight clearances, and facility permissions required to capture drone imagery uploaded to the Service.
TowerTwin is a software processing platform and does not pilot drones, schedule flight missions, or control field flight operations. You retain full legal and operational responsibility for drone operations, physical site safety, and regulatory compliance under your local civil aviation authority.
Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
- Your Data: You retain all ownership rights, title, and intellectual property in and to the raw drone photos, flight telemetry, tower documentation, and contracts uploaded to TowerTwin. You grant TowerTwin a limited, non-exclusive license to process, host, cache, and render your data solely to provide and maintain the Service.
- TowerTwin Platform: The algorithms, 3D photogrammetry pipelines, WebGL rendering engines, computer vision detection models, and user interface designs are the exclusive intellectual property of TowerTwin.
Engineering & Safety Disclaimers
TowerTwin uses advanced photogrammetric reconstruction and computer vision algorithms. While designed to provide high-precision visual fidelity:
- Analytic measurements, tilts, azimuths, and defect detections are analytical estimates intended to assist licensed engineers and asset managers.
- TowerTwin reports do not replace formal certified Professional Engineer (PE) structural calculations, metallurgical non-destructive testing, or legally mandated hands-on physical inspections.
- Asset owners and licensed structural engineers retain full responsibility for verifying structural load capacity, wind load resistance, and regulatory compliance prior to equipment modification.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TowerTwin and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, downtime, telecommunications outages, or structural failure—arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
